Kassey Baker, MA, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on childhood development, neurodivergence, ADHD, and intergenerational family trauma. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

My practice is collaborative, heart-centered, and creative. I am especially well suited for working with neurodivergent children and their families, adults who have received a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis, people navigating major life transitions, and couples seeking greater intimacy, understanding, and joy in their relationships.

My Approach

I have worked with children and families for almost two decades, with a background in early childhood education, child development, and youth programming. I am also the owner and director of Seedlings, an outdoor summer camp that has served children and families for more than 17 years.

In my work with children and adults, I focus on each person’s unique strengths, needs, and capacity for growth. My approach draws from a range of evidence-based and relational practices, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Attachment Theory, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), neuroscience, nature-based practices, and Family Systems Theory.

My goal is to help clients better understand and build on their individual strengths while developing new skills, perspectives, and capacities that help them bring more of their authentic selves into their relationships, families, communities, and the world.
